All new accounts require verification and approval from the PanelQA app owner before you can log in or access the platform. This may take up to 5 business days. We review identity documents to prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to infrastructure procurement, talent recruitment, or project management
• Not post false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Not attempt to access unauthorized features or data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Plan Options

PanelQA offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed at the time of registration and available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Payments are processed automatically on the billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4.3 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes such as "PANEL25" offer discounts on first-month or first-year billing as specified. Codes are one-time use and non-transferable.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Aggregate Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of PanelQA is limited to:

• Paid plan users: The total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (minimum AUD $100)
• Free plan users: Zero liability. Free users use the platform "as-is" and accept all risks

5.2 Excluded Damages

In no event shall PanelQA, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunity
• Reputational harm or data loss
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the platform

5.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of third-party information posted on the platform
• Specific results or outcomes from using our services

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
