Pricing by role

PanelQA serves different audiences — professionals, organisations posting work, suppliers, recruiters and skilled migrants. Each role uses different modules, so each role has its own plan page and limits.

Move to a paid role plan from checkout or billing before the trial window closes. If you do not upgrade, paid-only modules lock; your account and stored profile data remain so you can continue later. Where a free tier exists for your role, you can move onto that instead of a paid plan.

Yes. Limited first-period offers use codes such as PANEL25 (25% off the first paid month) and PANEL25Y (annual where advertised). Enter the code on checkout. For organisation or multi-seat quotes, email [email protected].

Open the matching role page (for example Organization or Supplier) to see published tiers. Custom or enterprise packages are arranged through [email protected] — we confirm seats, modules and billing in AUD.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout (card). Card details are entered on Stripe, not on PanelQA. Monthly and annual cycles are available on paid tiers. Australian customers see GST as a separate line. For invoice or bank arrangements on larger organisation plans, contact sales.

Add seats or move to a higher role tier from billing when you need more capacity. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period so the current period stays intact. Seat and module limits are listed on each role’s plan page.

Trial access follows the role you registered under (professional, supplier, organisation, and so on). Core directory, pipeline and tender tools for that role are available for evaluation. Admin-only or enterprise controls may stay locked until a paid plan is active.

Yes. Account admins can change plan from billing or by opening the role’s pricing page and checking out again. Upgrades can apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next renewal unless support arranges otherwise.

Choose your role on register and select the free tier where offered (for example Freelancer for professionals/suppliers, Starter for recruiters, Pathway Start for skilled migrants). Organisations start on paid Startup. Free tiers have lower limits; upgrade when you need more.

Yes — list prices on these pages are AUD excluding GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers. Some hubs may present USD/EUR at Stripe checkout depending on location.

No setup fee. You pay the published plan rate (plus GST where applicable). Cancel from billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid. See Terms and Privacy.
